SLAB was inspired by the discovery of two pine slabs found in the corner of a mountaintop barn. The woodsman who cut them had set them aside to season and forgotten about them. They are very old and have some of the original bark still attached. A small section of bark is preserved and secured with the use of long hand forged ties.  It has a tripod arrangement for the legs that are self leveling and stable for outdoor use.
